"I have afr my daughter hit a cow on a state highway the owner has afr and they won't cover her car because they say they don't feel like they are liable for it and since she doesn't have full coverage either you have to take them to court to try to get them to cover it so if your a cow owner you take a risk of getting sued for something you thought you where covered on"

"Customer for over 23 years. Very disappointed in them. Hail damaged roof and they gave me 5,000 dollars to get it totally replaced. Beware! They give you depreciated values on your roof so you are stuck with the balance. Can't wait to switch company. Easier to just pay for repairs myself. Would not recommend to my enemies."

"To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have 5 homes and 2 cars insured with them. They are refusing to pay my general contractor. I have paid on time for the last 5 years. No claims and when I got severe hail damage not only did they make it extremely difficult to get my claim covered. After the roof was done they short paid my contractor $20,000. Then they didn’t return his calls or emails. Such a disappointment."

"I was hit by one of your insured’s yesterday. Called your call center and got the wonderful pleasure of speaking to Ellie Tippy. She was very rude and condescending with the way she was talking to me and because of this happening I have enough on my plate, I don’t want to talk to someone that is hateful and going to make this worse for me so I asked to speak to someone else or even a manager because I wasn’t happy with her customer service AT ALL. She then proceeded to tell me she was the only one (lol), there were no managers (lol x2 because we all know employee’s can’t work at a business without a manager there) and THEN she hung up on me!!! I’ve been trying to call back for 45 minutes now and can’t get anyone to answer so that’s very ironic to be happening after she hung up on me. HORRIBLE service. Your driver crossed the yellow line and hit me with my 3 kids in the car and that’s the kind of customer service you’re employing? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! She clearly does not like her job and no one going through the process of an accident should have to deal with stuff like this on top of it all."
