"They hardly give you any detail about what it is that they're providing. If you're a first time patient you may be rushed into paying that first months fee only to not get a call or be told that your first appointment is 2 months away. I can't say much about the actual services provided, since I didn't even want to waste almost $70 a month for two months just to get in the door. I can say that I noticed how nonchalant and quick they were with signing me up and canceling my plan & it was pretty pathetic. No questions, no details."

"Getting the introductory appointment was a long wait (1/2 way through the first paid month having signed up and scheduled the month before). Dr's office called the day before because they had to reschedule which put it another 2 weeks out. We called and talked to Shane about cancelling and a refund, he said he could give us the next month free but couldn't refund, so we stuck with it and kept the rescheduled Dr appointment. Dr's office called the day before that appointment needing to reschedule and we just told them to cancel it as we had found another PCP. We didn't cancel the healthcare plan though and do we got billed for the next month. So we've paid for 2 months of service and got zero advantage from it. Also, they make it more of a pain than it should be to cancel. I recommend staying away and looking for a PCP that offers a cash discount. Somethings are too good to be true and this seems like one of them."
