"I was visiting Tulsa for a few days and my dog was not doing well. Tried one clinic and they didn’t have a vet available and recommended I should go to an emergency vet. Emergency vet clinic is charging $800 as you walk in and from there… the sky is the limit. DR Rankin was recommended by a friend of my wife and even though he is in Sand Springs (a few minutes outside of Tulsa, the drive was worth it. Excellent doctor. Experienced, knowledgeable, patient and caring. He checked my dog and treated him for pain. Did an extensive bloodwork and calmed me down. He called the next morning with the results and recommended treatment. Prescribed medication and all was good. The service was great from beginning to end and the price I paid was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Doctor Rankin and the Rankin Veterinary Hospital in Sand Springs. OK."
