"I've been walking through there for four years. They used to have good shoes like Kobes and vapormax. Now they have some lebron's and that's basically it. The ones they do have are very poor, limited color ways. Save the time of going to this empty store and order online if you actually want to shoe shop. I'm not sure about the other reviews but the staff do greet me when I walk in but they have the vibe that they know their store has no selection which is why it is never busy."
"The girl with glasses had a horrible attitude I was politely asking her for sizes and information. She was completely rude. When i said i wanted to try the right leg shoe and see how they felt, she snapped back with “Do you wanna buy it though”? This was my go-to place for shoes but I’m never gonna come back. I was thoroughly appalled at the employee’s attitude and the way she treated me. It’s my first time writing a review and I wish I could give zero stars."
"We came in to check out Russell Westbrook’s shoe line. First of all, no greeting just an ugly look from the female working the night shift on 6/21/19. We had to physically go to the register area to ask for a size. Literally no one else in the store and neither employee offered to help us. She had a horrible attitude when my husband was politely asking her for sizes and information. She was completely rude. When he said he wanted to see how they felt, she snapped back with “Oh, you just want to know how they feel”? Well yes, we want to know if the product he will wear is comfortable. After she begrudgingly went to the back to get his size, which she made us feel like was a huge chore, she literally dropped the shoe by us and walked back to play at the register. Not gently set down, she dropped it next to him like we were wasting her time by asking her to do her job. Between her eye rolls when we walked in, the attitude, the throwing of the shoe, and general feeling of not being welcome, we left and bought the shoes at Champs. We are thoroughly appalled at the employee and the way we were treated. Its too bad I can’t give a zero star. If you want to be treated well and have great help, go to Champs."
"Not a good selection of sizes in stock. If I wanted to order shoes, I would do it online. The sales person was on her phone half the time we were there and her long decorate nails got in the way of her using the register."
"The lady can say hi or help every man that comes in. But cant help the family or females. Then when asked for help. She has her leg on a bench n arm laying on it. Talking about wuz up. I need help over here please. with what. If the service is like this in Oklahoma I see why no one wants to go to this mall. I hope manager or DM deals with her attitude. Its 11:55 on a Saturday on 3/23/2019 while I write this. I hope they see the cameras n see the only person I see working n see how she is acting n treating customers."
