"Got hung up on twice while trying to cancel benefits. They won't cancel them for almost 3 weeks and the benefits are laughable at best."

They refused to answer any of my questions and referred me to a non-working #. Jig is up?? I wish that I would have read the previous reviews earlier. I had to find out about her ins termination from a Dr.'s staff when I tried to make an appointment. No notice from the company"

"Scam, as everyone else has said on here. Take the time to read this, or don’t your choice. Initially when my family decided to use this insurance we were told that hospitals, scans and everything was covered. Paying $1400 a month and Later to find out NOTHING was covered. My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer & they do not cover any hospital bills. When I️ say None of them, I️ literally Mean not a single one. When we attempted to get in touch with the insurance themselves, none of the people on the help line were able to help us with anything. After Five hours of being on the phone with them and being thrown in a circle from caller to caller, one lady blatantly lied to us saying there was a plan to cover the chemo my mom needs and would transfer us to someone else to obtain it. Later finding out that they never did and still don’t have a plan to cover chemo in any hospitals. I’ve never written a review in my life because everyone makes mistakes and I️ dont See a need for it however this will be my one and only horrible review for this horrible company because they deserve it. This insurance company is 100% a scam and I️ promise you they will get their karma."

"Scam! Steal money and get mad and start catching an attitude when you want to cancel the manager was HORRIBLE at his job. Get a lawyer involved and call the BBB this “health care company” takes your money any chance they get. Women ESPECIALLY don’t use this company."

"This company is top-notch scam artist. They obtain your information take your money without you knowing. Once you catch on to the fact that they have now taken $283 out of your account they claim that they cannot refund any money because I accepted terms and conditions. I didn't sign up for this. Now I have to go to my bank and do a fraudulent claim"
