"They cancelled my daughter's appointment and told me they would call back to reschedule. No call and I can not get through on the phone. We have never seen the doctor. Just virtual calls. Seems like we are getting no where."

"Waited 5 months for appointment. Drove 2 hours to meet with Doctor... He was great, Lab was great. The next day we were to have a virtual appointment with a nutrition specialist they sent a text reminding me of appointment, spent 40 minutes on hold waiting to speak with someone to get a link for virtual appointment."

"I have been calling for almost a week straight trying to get results from my daughters lab work that she had done three weeks ago. I missed a call from the nurse while I was at work. I have been on hold/calling back for five hours now. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail to have someone call you back. Our doctor is amazing but the receptionists have to be some of the worst I have ever had to deal with. It should not be this complicated to get your results."

"I have had to wait on hold for hours, multiple times, just to be hung up on without even saying hello, multiple times. Sometimes there isn’t a hold and it just tells you to call back later. Getting medical records sent takes a month after waiting on hold for hours multiple times…to then get turned down by the other GI because my son has already seen OU. So then back to trying to go back to OU. My doctor changed her referral to OU over a week ago (with confirmation.) It has to be verified before I can schedule- which apparently takes longer than a week. While all this is happening my son is bleeding internally somewhere and in pain. There has got to be a better way. You’d think a children’s hospital actually cares about children-apparently not."

"Doctor herself seems to be very knowledgeable, and truly wants to help. 5 stars to her. However trying to contact her office is Hell. Whether to schedule an appointment or to discuss new health issues that have come up, be prepared to wait on hold for half an hour or more, if they even answer at all. Don't expect a call back if you have to leave a voicemail for a nurse about health changes. It's insane. This is children's health.. It should not be this way, and reading reviews I'm clearly not the only one who has had similar issue."
