"STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! So, I took my items in and was looking to sale. I received the text that my items to sale had been gone through 10 min before they closed. Owner stated that they had donated the items, At this point I figured that something was fishy. So the next morning I return to the store to speak to the owner and he absolutely made up a bunch of nonsense. Therefore, I just let the situation dissolve. About a few days later I sent my wife in to see if my missing items were for sale at this location and what do you know THE ITEMS WERE BEING SOLD! Short part of the story is they are THEIVES! Lawsuit venture coming soon! ."
"It’s very frustrating to sell your items here. I’ve checked online before bringing certain baby items to make sure they accept them just for them to say they don’t when you get to the store. It’s also very frustrating to be 6 months pregnant having already carried in 3 of my 5 bins of clothes just for them to tell me they’re limiting me to 2 bins. Why give me the option of 10+ bins when I check in just to tell me after the fact that there’s a limit today?! Sounds like you just don’t want to do your job. The staff is not friendly besides a select one or two. They don’t welcome you into the store and rarely have a smile on their faces. I walked in to pick up my items anfter receiving a text saying they were ready and 4 people walked past me at the counter before anyone asked if I needed help. Thank goodness for the new store in Norman where they are friendly and welcoming. I’ll be going to that location from now on."
"This place has gone downhill. It's sad because I used to love this place, but I hadn't been there in a few years, though. But everything is overpriced, and some was not in good shape. The employees are pretty rude and just stare at you while they are having their conversation. Even if you're standing there holding a heavy bucket of things. I've always shopped here and never sold anything. But I was told this was the place to go to sell my kids' clothes they have grown out of. I washed and folded everything. They bought about 30$ of items for 13$ and sent back the new toys, stuffed animals, and good shape clothes. My kid even asked what was wrong with his toys that they didn't like. He was selling some of his stuff for Christmas money. They took the new clothes, a jacket and toys. The same toy was on the shelf for 5$ each. But the ones I brought in were newer and hardly played with. The fact that they will buy it for pennies and charge way more for it is a rip-off. They bought everything for 13$ and will make at least 50$ to 60$. Sadly, I'm disgusted with the experience, and it makes me not want to shop there again."
"I went in and while I was waiting a browsed and there were way worse clothes then I brought in on the shelf! Had baby New balance worn once and they wanted to give me $1.55. I kept them! Some outfit set they only took the Nike shorts some piece of paper under armor outfits. They were not friendly at all very unprofessional!"
"This place is literally a joke now. Especially trying to sale your items. I brought in nothing but a bunch of two piece winter clothing. A bunch of Nike two piece. They still didn’t take them. When they literally have faded little shrink up children places t-shirts in the back priced at $7.00 Marty you gotta do better w/ training them. Your best off selling them on fb market place. Worked there back in my high school days we were made to literally take every Nike item we seen, that was still in good condition. As you can see in the pictures there’s no stains nor major fading like them children places t-shirts ,"
