"It seems they don't take parents concerns serious. I've been trying to ride it out with all 3 of children for the last 3 years but it's time to find a new pediatrician for my kiddos. Hopefully, there's a Pediatric clinic that has opening for new clients. 3 new to be exact."

"Regret giving birth at OU and taking my child to OU Sooner Pediatrics. Good luck finding parking. Took me almost 10 minutes. You go inside and you wait another 10 minutes to be called. Waiting almost 35 minutes for them to give my daughter her flu shot. Switching pediatrics. Been here since 2pm and now it’s passed 4pm"

"The entire staff as a whole just give you the run around, my last visit for my daughter they couldn’t figure nothing out, up to 6 different doctors/nurses couldn’t help give me answers and told me I had to figure it out and do my own research!!!! And when dealing with my daughter screaming/crying in pain due to her rash on her entire body they still couldn’t help with anything!!! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!! You also get told to show up to your appointment 15 minutes early ( or lose your appointment and reschedule for a different date) just to get there and still wait 20-30 minutes before getting seen!! It’s a time waste and they don’t care!!!"

"I call to make an appointment because of recent er visit. My son has pneumonia. I told them he needs to be seen on Wednesday. The only answer I get back is okay we will have a nurse call you back. Ummm what? How is a nurse going to check my child with pneumonia through a phone? This place is unbelievable. We need better care for our children."
