"i ordered a medium vanilla latte with my meal and was given a small as it says on the cup, told the worker & was given major attitude by two young women employees."

"We ordered, and i don't know if they had a bunch of new people. They first gave us wrong order, then they forgot our fries and we had to keep asking for our drinks. When we got home instead of a big mac all we got was a cheese burger."

"We come here all the time and today we get two triple cheeseburger large meals and I get home and they smell like ashes cigarette ashes to be exact one burger smelled like it and the other burger had residue ashes in it we didn’t find it till my girlfriend took a bite out of it and we go up there to see if we can resolve this and one of the managers and the cook are rude very rude told us it’s the toaster ashes which toaster ashes don’t look like tobacco and a toaster wouldn’t make my sandwich smell like freshly smoked cigarettes they got mad and started talking to us like we were stupid they kept trying to say that maybe we just didn’t like the burger and wanted to get a refund but no that wasn’t even the case They didn’t even hear us out before they started yelling at us good luck because this is going to the health department"

"We order 2 McChicken, 1 Carmel frappe, 1 regular coffee. The McChickens were smashed and Luke warm. The frappe tasted great however, the machine was NOT working properly, because there was mostly larger pieces of frozen frappe, that didn't fit through the straw. The coffee was great."

"I ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and was given 2 regular spicy chicken sandwiches without lettuce and tomatoes even though they were in the correct container with the paper receipt saying they were supposed to be deluxe. When I return to the window order screen to inform them of the mess up and get the correct items that I ordered, they asked if I wanted them to ring them up or remake them. What a stupid question...I already paid to have deluxe sandwiches and you want me to pay again...crazy and not good customer service. And the chicken looks over cooked out the fryer oil needs to be came because both chicken patties do not resemble the picture displayed. First photo was the one that wasn't deluxe and the second photo was after I had it remade."
