"We truly enjoyed our dinner tonight! Food was hot & fresh! Hubby had a chicken sandwich. I had boneless wings. Our appetizer was huge, perfect sampler. My delicious black cherry lemonade was incredible!!"

"I love this location! They are understaffed so the wait can be excessive. As long as you understand that, you will have a good experience. They check on you often, make sure you have drinks at all times, but it's clear they need more kitchen staff for the food to get out quicker. Other than that, no issues! Great food!"

"Edit: Nothing happens when you reach out to customer service. We went at 2:00 and our section was dead. However, our service was lacking. We had to find our waitress to get a refill. Never got the usual bone box or any wipes. She was pleasant, but not present. We are currently waiting to get our ticket and it’s gone on 10 mins that we haven’t seen her. She’s probably cut, but your table that provides a very good tip still warrants service. The food was typical of BWW. People who came after us are now leaving. Side note, half your staff is in hoodies, one not even a BWW hoodie? The hostess looks like she rolled out of bed. Normally, I am very far from critical of appearance, but her hair is very greasy and clearly not brushed. When you have someone very unkept as the first thing you see when you walk in, it sets a very unprofessional tone and probably sets the standard of service."

"The food was great. We tasted samples of the seasoning, so we knew which one to order. I had garlic honey, on half, then lemon pepper rub mixed into Caribbean jerk. It was so good. Need to try it."

"Wasn't too crowded and the food came out decently quick. It was also a very clean place (although I've never seen a dirty BWW) The app to play trivia on the screens however wasn't working so playing the trivia didn't happen."
