"Friendly staff, horrible donation service. My first time donating to them was at my school, and that went amazingly. I decided why not donate platelets. When arriving they got me set up for a normal blood donation even though I was scheduled for a platelet donation, this caused me to wait an extra 30 minutes. I then sat down and was repoked 3 times even though my veins were extremely visible and they didn't roll. I then was left with this bruise for weeks. I tried again by doing a normal blood donation, and got another massive bruise, even though my first time was bruise and pain-free. Never donating here again. Will find a better company to donate to that will treat their donors correctly."

"A very Positive Experience. Very friendly people to deal with that asked questions and kept me and my wife moving through the process. We are RV travelers and saw an ad on the local TV looking for donors. So we signed up on line and selected a time to donate. The online process went very smoothly. Got to the center early to finish the process and they were able to fit us in early. The checking and qualification was easy with a very nice gentleman asking the information and preparing the necessary forms and items. I have no issues with giving blood and we have given in several states over the years as well as home in Wisconsin. This is a simple way to help your fellow human beings. The cookies and drinks were good too. Great Job OBI."

"I had the best experience here today. Before this, I'd only donated once and I nearly passed out then. I wanted to try it again because I love the idea of helping others. Everyone who assisted me today did everything they possibly could to make me comfortable and happy. Justin is the awesome employee who drew my blood, he showed a ton of compassion and kept making sure I was okay through the whole process. The lobby is also very pleasant and nice. Would recommend!
