"The offices in the transplant center are very nice. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They have some of the best physicians available in our area. They also offered a dietitian to help with diet options and restrictions. When I arrived (they did require masks to be worn in the transplant area), they checked me in efficiently and professionally and was taken back soon after my admission. They were on time with all my appointments."

"January 2, 2023 at or around 11:00 am it took 3 hrs for someone at the transplant center to return a call. Nurse Penny at the front desk returned my call she was very unprofessional and unaware of transplant procedures regarding infusion therapy and concerns. Could not assist with contact information for infusion therapy staff. Proceeded to explain the the hospital was busy and out of beds instead of listening to my concerns regarding my mother who is a kidney transplant patient and in need of medical directions regarding her upcoming infusion treatment. My mother was ill with Covid severely dehydration, AKI and UTI. We are very disappointed in the transplant center lack of assistance."

"Worst facility I’ve ever been to. Was charged $900 for a 10 minute check up. That I didn’t even need. They refused multiple times to explain exactly what I was being charged for. And then turned my bill over to a collection agency even though I was making monthly payments. The $900 advice I got was to take vitamin E that’s it."

"Had double lung transplant December of 2019. Through the entire process, Dr Rolfe, Dr Betensley, and their staff provided me the very best of care. I owe them all for saving my life. Because of them, as well as the surgical team and nurses , I now am living a normal life."
