"I was in here the other day with my boyfriend and we had to call the girl over from the counter to help us, she and one of the other girls were too busy flirting with these two guys that came in to help, and the other person that was there was helping another customer, my boyfriend picked up the shoe he wanted to try on from the back and showed her and she brought us the wrong shoe and then when he told her it was the wrong shoe and which shoe he wanted she got mad and said "well I'm gonna need you to be a little more specific" then went in the back and got the right ones but refused to walk all the way over to us to give us the box and just stood in the doorway to the back with her arm outstretched like she wanted us to get up and grab it, then she went back to the counter to continue flirting with the guys, then when we were finally ready to check out we had to wait in line for another few minutes because she was STILL flirting with this guy. I should have grabbed her name but she was like 5'4 had dark hair with bangs and tan skin, get that girl outa there."

"Very helpful. Cedric was an amazing in customer service. He went detail to detail on misc items. Also told me about their 30% off sale. I had them hold some shoes. I wasnt able to get them after all. I called to let them know. I started asking about other merchandise. That's when Cedric went out of his way to go inch by inch on everything I asked, zippers, pockets, etc. He then told me the merchandise and shoes were going on sale this weekend. That sold me. I went back to buying the shoes after all. Very professional and helpful"
