"Was very disappointed in their most recent funko pop release for spider demon mother. I was one of 4 people in line and there was only 1 chase out of 20ish plus pops. We witnessed the opening employee sell product 15 min before open, to a friend cutting us all in line. Guess I know where the chase pops went. Very shameful activity from this HT."

"Have been going to this store since I was 12/13 year's old (am currently 25) Always loved it, however it seems like lately they're lacking on products and stock, ESPECIALLY PLUS SIZE!!!! PLEASSEEEE STOCK MORE PLUS SIZE! They BARELY even had XL's! I've stopped by numerous times in the past 6 months and each time it's getting a little worse. Oklahoma is a state with a ton of plus size persons, I really feel having 20 XS and 0 XLs isn't how it should be, even for hot topic haha. Save the XS's for California! (jokes aside, please give us more plus sizes! please! Especially the skirts!!! please I am on my hands and knees begging!!! Ya chubby girls wants to feel cute too ♥)"

"I went to this location yesterday to find some Stranger Things merchandise for my daughter. The store was pretty empty but it is right after the holidays and also I totally understand that a lot of stores have limited supply due to shipment delays due to COVID-19. The staff was very friendly and even though I didn't find the merchandise I was hoping for, I found some Harry Potter items that I ended up buying stead. My cashier's name was Piper and she was extremely sweet and had a very bubbly personality. I always have a good experience here but my encounter with her made me want to leave a review as she was so friendly! Retail workers are under so much stress due to short staffing especially around the holiday's and they do not get enough credit for what they have to deal with on a daily basis."
