"Whatever girl that works there with short hair was rude to us during our last visit. There was no sign telling us not to "touch items" yet treating us like children telling us to put items back. How are shoppers supposed to determine if they want to buy an item if they can't pick things up to inspect and see how they work. Literally what if we were carrying the item around because we were going to buy. We aren't children carelessly running around the store with items. We are grown a$$ adults and I'd like to be treated as such. I was so excited to learn we had an Earthbound close by but I can guarantee you after being talked to the way we were, we will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism and unkindness from your staff member."

"The aggressive hospitality I received from the 2 girls working there was too much. All I wanted to do was browse because I don’t have an Earthbound where I’m from and they treated me like a thief after I told them twice I was just browsing."

"the store itself was good as always. I’m a frequent shopper here. However store clerk kass kept following me around the store and eyeballing me. When I got to the dressing room before I shut the curtain she went back there and awkward stood right outside. She asked me if I was okay. I said yes as she proceeded to stand there making me and my friend uncomfortable. After I changed I bought almost $200 worth of things that I had tried on but I probably won’t be back to this specific location. Not to mention we are both people of color."
