"Both times I’ve come here I’ve had a bad experience. The first time I was being followed by an employee. At first she was just following me from display to display but once I left the register area, she left the area alone with no other employee in that section just to follow me passed shoes while I decided to look at the kitchen items. I felt like I couldn’t look at anything without her staring. She didn’t even mind making it obvious that she was following me. Then second time being last night, the cashier was just very rude. There were two cashiers and a manager. It seemed like one of the cashiers and manager had an issue to figure so another cashier checked us out. But from start to finish the woman was so rude to us and I had enough with how she reacted to pronouncing our name on the account. When she didn’t pronounce it right (which is fine, we never care for it) she had an attitude and apologized in such a disgusting way. I’m so confused what set her off to have an attitude like that but I’m so surprised an employee would act in that way. We truly did not care that she couldn’t pronounce it. After she “apologized” she continued to make these rude remarks until we left. I hope if I come back then hopefully her attitude has changed. Thank you."
