"Terrible clothing quality. Adult clothes shrink to child size even when following wash instructions. Refused refund, don’t stand behind the quality of the product they sell. Horrible customer service."

"When I got to the checkout I presented my Tax exemption card and the manager came and told me I did not look like the person who is named on the card I told him that the person named on the card is my father and the card is a household member use card he proceeded to tell me he understands that but he can’t use it because my name is not on the card and the female employee proceeds to ring me up including tax I told her I’m not purchasing anything unless they remove the tax and she told me they can’t do it so I called my father and he told them on speaker that they still can use it and by law they have to and the manager said “I don’t care I’m not doing it” and my dad said If you don’t it is a $500 fine and he wants to speak to the manager the manager says rudely “I don’t have time to go back and forth” he then starts applying the tax exempt and says “I am the manager”. After that he throws my card away from me onto the counter and walks away, then that is when his female employee bags my things and aggressively throws my bag onto the counter and walks away instead of handing it to me and speaking. They were both very rude and obviously did not know the law and did not have very good communication/ customer service skills. Definitely would not recommend!!"

"Love Tilly’s and customer service has been very helpful and nice. The one thing that is awful is the shipping method and company they use.: FedEx IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET YOUR ORDER when you order online. Ridiculously long. The worst out of all the companies I order from. That’s why I’m only giving 3 stars. But I do love Tilly’s!"

"Absolutely ridiculous customer service! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered ONE t shirt in store since they were out of the size I needed, and they told me it would be 3 day delivery. It's been 8 days and still no package!! And the tracking number they provided didn't even work! Do yourself a favor and order off Amazon."
