"Not impressed with the night staff on 7-3-23. We got there about 40 minutes before closing time and they acted irritated that we were there. No greeting from the female employee up front and the male employee tried walking by without asking if we needed any help. When I asked him if they had any handmade boots, he said no and offered no additional help. I found some Tony Llamas on my own. When my wife asked them to open the dressing room door, they refused because it was “15 minutes” until they closed. Then why are you even open???"
