"I will never purchase from this company again. I ordered over a month ago. I still don’t have any shipping information and when trying to reach out all I get back is an email stating they are working on it and appreciate my patience. MY PATIENCE IS GONE! I’ve ordered custom orders from Etsy and received Them faster than this. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!"

"Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with any online boutique. Not only that, I paid in average$50 per item and have gotten better quality items from TEMU!! However, I thought it may have been a one time deal.. I made the mistake of ordering again. Lord should have stopped me right there. It took almost a month and a half to receive my order and ofcourse, the customer service wouldn't return ANY of my calls. And by the time I received my BEAT UP TORN PACKAGE the returned a copy and pasted email 2 weeks AFTER I got my package. They blamed the postal service for not tsking proper care of the package in transit, but its funny how my packages from china and Timbuktu arrive in better condition than a boutique that is 45 minutes away. "OH no!" It sure wasn't in the "Glitzy Condition". Horrible!"

"I order on 9/18/23. I have contacted GG by email several times. They claim to "catching up" I still have not received my order! I've ordered in the past with no issues. What is going on GG? Sadly, I will be ordering again."

"I have ordered from GG before and ik it takes 14 days shipping. However this time it's over 3 weeks and still says pending shipment. I paid in full! Where is my order? Now the website is shut down, what is going on? This boutique has the worst customer service I have sent emails and tried calling with no response. This is not how you run a business I will be turning it over to the BBB! I am very disappointed."

"I hate to leave a negative review, but after my experience with this boutique, I don’t think I’ll buy from them again. I purchased a neon pink cooler from them Memorial Day weekend. It took a few days to ship and once I received my item (I was so excited)- I find that they sent me the wrong cooler. The box was all beat up, tape coming off the box. So I reached out to customer service on Thursday, even called and left a voicemail. You can’t call and actually speak to a customer service rep. It took days for CS to get back to me, I had to leave comments on their Instagram page and DM them for CS to even respond to me. They quickly got the package shipped to me, and I was excited to finally get the cooler I spent $135 on. This time- the package was even WORSE. The return label glitzy girl included in my box was literally falling out (PICTURED), it could have easily been lost. Leaving me to cover an unnecessary shipping charge. The tape was not even holding the box closed, and it looked like someone kicked the box with a dent in the side of it. Upon opening it- I received my beautiful pink cooler. No supportive packing materials, so there were a few scratches on the front, some oily handprints on it?? (PICTURED) and the front sticker was coming off. As many followers as this company has, and as much money they make- you’d think quality shipping and customer service would matter. I’m thankful my cooler wasn’t beat up. I don’t think I’d buy from this company again."
