"Don't know why I decided to give this location another chance after 1000 chances already. 97% you can't get an order correct even if you say it back correct 5 times and the food Is always barely warm, but yet you want to continue to raise the prices. Good bye braums"

"I love chocolate shakes from here and I seem to get one every time I pass by a Braum’s. This particular store needs a training class on shake making. I’m sorry it doesn’t seem that difficult but for some reason I have received two poor excuses of shakes from this particular store(15th and Lewis) they are always just chocolate milk with identifiable ice cream left after they butcher beverage. Other than that I’m sure the food is great, the staff is friendly but they always seem busy at this location, still if I’m going to pay over 5 dollars for a shake I think it should be an ice cream shake!"

"I have been a regular for about 2 months now, I come here twice a week for breakfast on my off days. It used to be amazing, great food, friendly staff, and clean lobby. It is safe to say this place has gone down hill. Coming in today I waited 10 minutes before my order was taken, then went to get my drink and the ice dispenser was moldy and spit out moldy ice. The food was made wrong I let them know the manager snatched the food with an attitude without even saying a word then yelled to the cooks got another complaint. She gave me my food and was still very rude. Overall this place is just not worth the stop, ill just make the extra 15 minute drive to a different braums location from now on. This place is going to get people sick due to not cleaning"

"The food was good, similar to other Braum’s locations. There’s plenty of seating available as well. I gave them a 4/5 because they could do a better job keeping the place clean. Would highly recommend getting their cappuccino chunky chocolate ice cream flavor, it’s by far their best."
