"When you allow people to make appt online, it means you should honor the system. I made an appt at 8:40. I checked in at 8:40. There two people in the waiting area and me. On the waiting list, It showed I should be the second one but no the nurse skipped and went on the third on the list. Wha’s the point of making online appt if I still have to wait for the walk-in appt?"

"Dont go here ever. At all. They had me wait almost 45 minutes. Then it was 5 pm. The two ladies either LIED or dont know how to do their job and told me they couldnt do a test on my lab order. I go to normal regional lab and turns out its just a regular blood test. They're lazy liars. Period."
