"I've been dealing with Mental Health Professional for many years. I'm not surprised that these people are rated at 2.4 on Google. This rating is on 03-29-2021. Good luck dealing with these people in you endeavors. Professionalism and any semblance of conduct is right out the window here."
"My children have been patients of Millennium Medical Services for about 6 years now and we absolutely adore Ray (whom we miss and are so happy when we catch him in the office since his role has changed) and Carol. The whole crew was GREAT until recently when they changed the office staff. When Karen and Jasmine left things seemed to fall apart as far as scheduling, call backs, etc. We definitely miss those ladies but still see Carol and hope to keep her as my daughters doctor for EVER. lol"
"1 star is definitely more than they deserve! First of all they suddenly stopped a medication that I was on for over a year and the order was to be continued post hospitalization. When I called about this issue the office manager was rude and cursed me then fired me as a patient. Also my child! My son was accepted back as a patient as long as I didn't take him to his appointments. I am the custodial parent thankfully my significant other was with me at our initial appointment. My significant other handles appointments with this office and they continue to try to contact him through my number after being given his number. My significant other called and left messages for a week straight trying to change my sons appointment with no return call to make the change. It took my significant other going to the office to change appointment day. My child has been seeing Amanda since January. The wait time for the appointment is way longer than the appointment itself. Today I April 29th I received a call from the office telling me that it is state mandated for him to get therapy services and it has to be scheduled by May 1st or he might not get his prescriptions for ADHD. I questioned the office staff member for more details and she was uneducated. She had zero clue what to say when I told her it sounded like it was just their way of increasing revenue for the company. Upon research I was 100% correct!!! It is not a law that you or your family has to attend therapy to receive the antipsychotic medication prescriptions. This has been their way of practice that they haven't been enforcing and suddenly they want to enforce it only allowing me 2 days to make an extra appointment for May. Unacceptable!!! Both me and my significant other work full time jobs opposite shifts and juggle appointments, school and 4 children. I am absolutely disgusted. RUN, RUN FAST AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!! Educate yourself for yours and your families sake. Know your rights and the laws. They are illegally attempting to force their patients to seek a form of treatment. This can't be done unless they have a court order..."
"Our daughter is currently a patient of Cheryl Hooper. Cheryl is pleasant enough, but it has been near impossible to get refills for medications during our three months with this office. My daughter has run out of meds more than once, with us calling the office frequently, as well as our pharmacy requesting refills consistently - sometimes days will go by with no communication. Attempts to reach the on-call nurse are sketchy at best, and at last visit, we were told "the on-call nurse had a family emergency and was out of communication". We are attempting to switch our daughters care and as soon as we find a different psychiatrist accepting patients that our insurance takes, we will be doing so. This office is run unprofessionally, and in my frank opinion, dangerously. Mental illness and psychiatric medication deserves more respect than you will find here. My suggestion would be to find a different doctor."
"They don't care about my child. I called 3 times and left messages and Hooper has never returned my call. I had concerns about a change in meds for my daughter. Still no call back. Find somewhere else. Also, they schedule your appts, but when you show up their patient schedule is out of whack and you aren't on it. It takes forever to be seen. Place is a joke."
