Nurse Kelly immediately got my reason for the visit, asked follow up questions, and the listed carefully while I described it. She then left and immediately returned with Dr. Hayes to examine me. She listened carefully and gave me a diagnosis quickly. I had to complete my paperwork after the appointment, but I never felt rushed."
