"During my most recent dental cleaning (01/11/24), Amber refused to provide the same cleaning service I’ve had at Lakecrest Dental for the past 3 years, and also at every single dental office I’ve been to for the past 24 years. Instead, she insisted that the previous dental hygienists had not listed the procedure as part of the biannual cleaning, and thus she would have to charge me $150.00 for a service that had always been part of the regular cleanings. When I suggested that she contact Alvin, a former dental hygienist who worked on my teeth to verify my claim, she refused. The office has not contacted me to explain how something like this can happen. I wish they would"

"Very happy with this place. They were able to get me in the same day for an urgent matter, as a new patient. Beauty was very kind and friendly. Brittany was also good. I think it was Dr Coy (a female) that did my actual procedure. She was very friendly, attentive, and really made sure I was comfortable with the service provided. They were very transparent and upfront with pricing (which was also very reasonable). They were even very considerate of my timeline since I came in during a break from work. I could not be happier."

"This was the best dental office I’ve been to! They are very honest and transparent about treatment plans. There’s no up charging and you’re not tossed around multiple hygienists or dentists. The equipment is brand new, along with the building. The rooms are designed so you’re not staring at lights during services. They also have TVs on the ceiling! It made the experience go by really quick. The best part was the staff. Not a single person was fake/overly friendly. The communication was very true and positive. I will definitely be back!"
