"Cleaning went well but front desk attendant wasn't friendly at all. My 2 prescriptions were never called in. Waited 5 hours then called office and was told my prescriptions would be called in and nothing. No phone calls or anything.."

"I'm an existing patient here. I called to ask for an estimate of how much it will cost me for an extraction of a wisdom tooth. I don't have insurance. It will be cash. The receptionist informed me that the dentist would have to perform an evaluation. Which I understand. So I ask if I can get a rough estimate, so I can get an idea how much I will need. I work in a medical office too and I can give an idea to patients around how much it will cost. But the front desk was very rude and with a tone told me" No, I can't". I don't usually give bad reviews to businesses, but sometimes this is the only way the owners know how the front desk turns business away."

I don't care how good the dentist is; if the office staff isn't great there are issues. Pleased to say that I am more than happy with Broadway!"
