"I'm writing this as Elizabeth Culbertson, as I was the patient. DO NOT GO TO DR. TANG IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY! He will not treat you with anxiety meds as I think he is afraid of the DEA. He will, however, try to cram antidepressants down your throat. In my experience, he is not a good listener and has no tact."

"I received a call either from him or a receptionist and was asked what’s was going on with me. When I told him that I have been diagnosed with PTSD and severe anxiety, he asked me what medications I was taking. I told him that originally I was taking lexapro and Xanax but I had lost my insurance so I haven’t be taking anything. Before I could even finish my sentence, as soon as he heard the word Xanax he said he doesn’t take patients who take Xanax. Had he not been so rude to hang up on me, maybe he would have heard that I currently DONT take Xanax. I wouldn’t recommend a doctor who doesn’t listen! So if you’re thinking of calling this doctor for help, PLEASE DONT! I hope anyone who sees this can find the right help, that’s what I’m looking for too. Not someone who doesn’t care enough to listen! If I could rate this man zero stars I would!"

"Fantastic professional. Been seeing both, he and Dr Hu since aprox. 2006 and I have always felt empowered after my visit. They listen, they know how to treat any issues that arise. Its important to trust your doctor and I have been able to do so double fold. Like anything in life. It takes time to build a trusting relationship with mental health professionals. I found it easy and comfortable with Dr Tang and Dr Hu."
