"Love this place! I’ve always hated doctor’s appointments until I started coming here. The staff is so friendly and remembers me everytime I come in, we can pick up on our last conversations from months before. So professional and patient! Quick and willing to talk to you about anything. My doctor makes me feel welcomed, heard and well taken care of. Previous doctors just wanted to give me anxiety medicine instead of doing any checks on me, with the relief of knowing I’m in good health I don’t have the anxiety, so no mediation is necessary! I don’t ever want another doctor! I found the right one for me!!!"

"Have to make multiple visits to be treated properly. It definitely seems like they keep plugging the insurance. Now having to make a second visit because I haven't got any better . I feel like I'm just wasting money on Prescriptions and losing time at work costing me money in both aspects if I was treated properly the 1st visit I feel I would have been over this virus. Definitely feels like they're just milking the insurance and perscribed me in inhaler for $400 $100 with my insurance when I asked them did I need it she said it wasn't even necessary what a waste of money."

"Had a great first time experience. Made a same day appointment and was seen within 15 minutes. The receptionist was kind and greeted me. The nurse was the same nurse I had at the Midwest city location. Doctors Shah was kind and easy to talk to. She asked lots of questions and I felt comfortable with her. She also seemed concerned which is nice too. She took her time with me and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. Definitely come back to this location."

"I've seen Dr. Shires twice now. She was very nice and caring at both visits. Staff was quick to make appointments and helpful to guide you around. Bonus: since this clinic is partnered with my employer, I can usually make same day appointments."

"Mom goes in for a blood test follow up but they didn't say anything about her blood results. literally saw more nurses than the doctor herself, we asked one of the nurses if my mom could have an allergy shot then they said we have to order it, so we did, came back a week later and they say they don't do allergy shots? The doctor is very rude and I very dislike her attitude, definitely won't be coming back any time soon..."
