"I had a wonderful experience here. I had also been a patient at the NW location and these reviews worried me. Registration was simple. Nicole was my sleep text and she connected me and got my study started. She was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I also didn’t have an issue getting ahold of scheduler even when having to cancel. Considering they work nights and early mornings, the best time to call is 8-9A.M"
"Had a consultation in Jan 23’ and was informed that I’d be given a device to measure sleep apnea during my sleep cycle. I just had to wait for a phone call and directions on where to pick it up. Fast forward to the last week of May 23’ to which they left a voicemail for me to call back.. can you guess what happens next? I call back and goes to a recorded answering service after a few rings..currently waiting 4 days.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…Should’ve listened to my gut and went somewhere else.. The positive reviews for this clown show is suspect.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. don’t make the same mistakes that many have apparently.."
"Horrible. Can't get into the office. I have called the office numerous times. I get a return call and call back. Now they have reported that Im being noncompliant. Which is bull. They don't return calls. They need to listen to there voicemail and get back to patients. I have been with out my CPAP supplies for almost a year. Now my machine is broken. Horrible, incompetent staff."
"Don't be surprised for this hospital to try to push a CPAP on you even before you've had your appointment or gotten your results.. On top of having to make 2 different trips to the hospital (over 30 miles each way) because of sensors not working on the device they gave me the first time I was there, and them not answering their phones when the issue first occurred, it was quite the ordeal. They acted like it *had* to be user error because "it worked fine for the last patient". I hope they felt foolish when I went back the next morning and 2 of the 3 sensors was bad on my unit, (also the unit they gave me was cracked and repaired with electrical tape). When I asked the staff member about it he told me that it was fine and was considered "normal wear and tear". Sad the hospital thinks it's appropriate to give out damaged and/or non-functional equipment. Also, good luck getting them to answer their phones at night if you have an at-home test. It took them around 12 hours to return my call when there was an issue with the unit not working, making me have to extend further than planned my 2 day test and like I said, drive all the way back to the hospital to have it looked at. Since then I got the results back from my at home sleep study, which showed I have very mild sleep apnea. They and the Pulmonologist there at the hospital won't accept that the word No. They keep trying to push setting me up with a CPAP machine even though I told them I don't want one at this point in time. When I talked to the doctor I asked him about alternative options before going to CPAP since my case seems to be pretty mild, and the only answer he gave me was to recommend CPAP."
"I unintentionally missed 3 new patient appointments and was told I had to find a new provider. The first time I put the address in my phone on google Maps, and something happened to where Maps completely changed the address and sent me to their other building location. The second time I missed a morning appointment, and it was because I was on a medicine that was affecting my sleep to where I could not sleep until about 6am at times. The third time my husband's grandfather passed away and we weren't told the time of the service (though we asked several times) until the weekend before, and it was on that Monday when I had my appointment that the service would take place. The first woman I spoke with was rude and made me feel like I was an irresponsible person. I called again later and still they were rude and there was no grace. I can't believe they would be that cold and deny to provide help to someone who needs it. Response to the below comment: I was happy to see a reply to my review and hoped there might be a solution to the unjust adherence of "the policy." So I went online and sent a message mentioning I made a review and was told to contact them... Well, no one responded so I don't think they really care."
