The office called me the Friday at 2 PM to tell me that they had been trying for a weeks to get my insurance approved and I was scheduled for Tuesday I don’t know why she waited that long. I called my insurance company and they told me that it was no problem that it it was on their end so I called them back. She tells me she’s going to get back in touch with them and called and let me know, tomorrow is November 15 and I have not heard one word from them"

"I have been coming here for several years now. Earlier this year I got my health insurance back and resumed care with SW gastro. However, since resuming my care I can say I have had some of the worst experiences here. Not only did the receptionist talk over me on the phone then transfer me, but we I called back she screened my calls 4 times and then picked up the phone on the 4th call did not say a word and immediately transferred me to someone else. When I told the office manager about the incident through the portal my complaint was ignored. I have been suffering now for months with no relief and was finally scheduled for testing. They have gone over 0 of my results and I can't get anyone to explain next steps to me. After I get my next referral I will be going somewhere else."
