"I was really excited to meet my new RA doctor today. I scheduled my appointment over a month ago. I was really shock that they could get me in that soon. I get to my appointment early at 1:15 pm like I was told, and filled out paperwork. The receptionist asked me, do I have a deductible? I told her I don't know. I asked her, did you verify my insurance? She just looked at me with a blink stare and shrug her shoulders. I just gave her a estimate of what I thought my deductible is. She tells me I have to put down $150 which I did not have at the time of my appointment. I asked her, could you bill me? She told me she would have to ask her manager. Her manager told her no I would have to rescheduled. I go ahead and reschedule I ask her, do you take manual payment? She says yes. There was a patient behind me trying to check in. I told her I'm going step outside to make a call. I go back in to let her know I have the payment the call took only seconds. The receptionist says let me talk to my manager. She comes back to tell me I can't be seen this will put the doctor behind. My appointment is at 1:30 pm and It was literally 1:25 pm I was really shocked. I was really upset !"
