"If I could give zero stars I would. My appointment was for 3:30, sat in the waiting room 30 minutes past time. Sat in the exam room another 30 minutes, after listening to the PA chatting away with staff about nothing related to medical or patients, for 15 minutes, then hearing her go to another room to visit with a patient. I left due to having to pick my son up from the other side of town. It makes no sense to have the PA come in first and then the doctor. The last time my husband had an appointment he waited for over an hour in the waiting room. He finally got tired of waiting and left. We have been patients of Dr. Villanos for a while and the processes and practices of this office have gone down hill. I'm finding another cardiologist."

"Dr. Gautam wasted my time and her own. Massive waste of time and money, thousands of dollars down the drain. I received maybe 10 minutes of her time and was told nothing was wrong with me. with a continually raising blood pressure, and no answers other than I'm healthy, and nothing looks irregular. Yeah 155/85 blood pressure. Real healthy. Literally cant afford to get medical care anywhere else now because of how expensive this was and still no answers. I hope my family sues when I die. God bless. Also my visit was some months back when everyone was or should have been wearing face masks and no one was wearing a mask. Real forward thinkers this bunch."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. They never return your phone calls and when you finally do get through to someone, they aren’t helpful let alone friendly! I was pregnant, placed on a new medication and it took 3 days and several phone calls (leaving messages) to talk to someone about my side effects. Extremely upset. I also needed medical records to be requested by the office for a follow up appointment after a hospital stay and they told me to make the phone calls. I was then told the dr office just needs to request my records rather than me having to come in and sign papers. The Drs are great, but the staff seem to be lazy and they aren’t helpful!"
