"These people act like they care but they don’t in the slightest. I’ve relapsed more than a hand full of times after several years of being clean from all the trauma that was brought up and not being properly addressed. I feel so much worse and they just want to shove any medication down your throat even if you have a tried it before. I loved Christina and Sheryl I will add BUT two people can’t change that place even if they wanted."

"this place is miserable, only made me feel worse, i went here october of 2022. everyone including myself were focused on being released. the psychiatrist, therapist & nurse were okay at best, the majority of the staff are incompetent and insensitive. you’re hardly allowed to talk to anyone, i’ve been threatened with extended stay just for whispering with my roommate past quiet hours. if this is such a great place, why would you have to threaten me with extended stay? it would be laughable if it wasn't so horrible. staff implies its your fault you’re there, you didn’t communicate with your parents or try hard enough, etc. you barely do anything but eat, shower, work on worksheets, and sleep. you have to ask for permission to do anything. this place honestly feels like jail. i don’t recommend. also they lost my retainers after my release and i had to spend $300 on new ones. this place is a joke"

"I have been with RR for almost 2 years. Mostly I was only seeing a recovery support specialist utilizing the virtual outpatient therapy. I neededmore than an RSS because my issues are mostly mental health instead of substance abuse recovery. I seen a therapist, her name starts with a B, and after a couple months I seen that I wasn't progressing. I started to see that I was dreading the appointments. I decided thatvI wasn't a good fit for this therapist. So I stopped seeing her and I asked to be matched with a different person. I was told that I would have to wait 2 to 3 months and be placed on a "wait list" because I refused to continue working with a therapist that was not helping me process issues that were causing major depression and anxiety for me. Mind you, out of the 2 years I have been with RR, I've only seen one therapist for no more than 3 months, if that. I am upset that they're collecting tax dollars to provide me with the services that I need and I am being told..."you get to go back on a wait list for refusing to work with "B". " I am asking to be discharged asap and go somewhere else. I don't know why I put up with substandard care for so long."

"I was sent here after being hospitalized for my attempt in 2020. It was the worst place I’ve ever been my entire life. They treat you like you are a prisoner… when I got there they told me to strip and I was so scared. I had gotten there around 4/5 am snd everyone was already awake doing chores.They make you eat the cold nasty food… if you don’t eat it they don’t let you do anything else. They don’t allow talking at all or even making eye-contact. We had less than an hour outside and it was about less than 12feet area. They would give us used underwear..they would give me the smallest that didn’t fit and I would have to throw them away with out them noticing. I got yelled at because I didn’t do my bed correctly. Many are faking it until they make it out. The staff was just awful !! Please don’t take your love one here PLEASE"
