"Mr Dr Shen HTN I was seen on 3/26/24 my son was seen on same day with same Dr. Never again. He asked my son if there was guns in the house he lived in much more I felt very stereotyped because I live on the east side there was statements and comments that this man made that was very unprofessional to be a doctor. One thing you supposed to have as being a physician is to have people skills and know how to converse and conversate and have empathy I didn't feel none of that soon as that man walk through the door I felt violated plus I requested not to be seen buy a male. He went on to tell us that he had been to all these different States I don't know I mean just too much personal stuff that wasn't any of his business to be telling uspersonal stuff that wasn't any of his business to be telling us."

"Healthy start and behavioral health side very friendly helpful and understanding haven’t had no issues now I’m pregnant went there because of an incident that happened to me at work while pregnant I just think the doctor and nurse specially the nurse very biased. Very rude friendly but in a fake way if you have concerns about your health or baby with dr shein he will asume and say anything he is very judgmental nd doesn’t have any consideration do not go here if your pregnant find a different obgyn they pick and choose at this place wouldn’t consider coming here for obgyn medical also the receptionist down stairs are rude the African American girl is always talking about the patients like what they wear like why deos it matter what they wear and if they are showing their bellies or any parts of their bodies she is there to work not worry about what people wear."

"This medical establishment is an absolute joke and a mockery of today's medical abilities and service. I warn you DO NOT EVEN THINK about spending your money or having ANY sort of DENTAL procedures done here. I had a massively infected tooth and was charged 127$ plus $45 for nitrous for an extraction. Upon arrival my adenoids, jaw and gums were swollen even the the visible eye. I requested an antibiotic before they tried to extract but they swore they could pull it. In the process the broke the tooth and still could not get it out. I was prescribed an antibiotic and rescheduled for 2 weeks out. Upon arrival for my rescheduled appointment at a different facility, I sat and waited for half an hour and then made it back talked with the dental assistant and then the dentist came back to inform me they did not have any nitrous. Why they would not have caught that prior to the appointment is absolutely beyond me yet alone a dental facility without gas in the 1st place. Obviously some one's not doing their job. We rescheduled the appointment for another 2 to 3 weeks out but the tooth got reinfected. I called for an antibiotic and it took 3 days to get it but it was filled. I took the antibiotic for a week, but by the next appointment the tooth was still infected, so I called for over a week straight to try and refill my antibiotic. I have been told that I will receive no more refills on antibiotics and that they can either pull the tooth or I can take my business elsewhere. This is all over a $10 antibiotic! These people do not give two flips about you and they treat you like a product not a person. Again, I warn anybody to never use this service."
