"The staff is simply incompetent and not helpful one bit. The nurses are nice and thorough, and Dr Pirtle is an amazing and caring doctor, but she deserves a much better staff. We were supposed to have an ultrasound ordered weeks ago just to find out they never ordered the correct ultrasound. We came back 2 weeks later and were told that they never sent it in and that they would send in the order for it correctly this time, and it’s now been another week and we still have not received a call about it being scheduled. Health is not something that should be taken lightly or dismissed. The lazy staff should try harder and do what they’re supposed to do, and they should be inspired to work hard because they have great nurses and a great doctor leading them. They should also learn to answer the phone when they are being called."

"My family and I have been coming here for a little over a year now. I am currently looking for a different primary care provider. If you're looking for a clinic that's quick to write you a script for an antibiotic or anxiety than here's your place. They only see you for 5, 10 minutes tops. As far as quality care and concern you won't find here. I was hoping I would. Just to many Healthcare providers in it for the money."
