"Love Dr Lovell but this is the fourth time in nine months that my prescription didn't get sent to the pharmacy. One time it was sent to wrong pharmacy. It's frustrating because nobody is answering the phone. The office staff isn't as nice as Doctor Bowlware's staff. Things changed when he passed. They tried doing things different but sometimes you just don't need to reinvent the wheel. Please bring the laptop into the room so we go over things while your are talking to me. Less confusion. I get to spend this day checking and rechecking the pharmacy to see if scripts come through. It frustrates me and escalates my pain. There is no need to wait until dinner time to spend it calling in scripts. Get it done so the patient can be on their way. My time is important too. I have to plan my trips to shop see doctors and go to pharmacy. Then the pharmacy is slow and overwhelmed. I really hate complaining but this is not acceptable. Especially since I did not see the doctor today. No explanation? I'm going to bring a picnic lunch and camp out on my next visit. I've done it before, just came back and sat down until my script was showing on the pharmacy App. Because it is already humiliating to say the least it is now a day I dread because of the waiting for scripts to be sent in. I sure miss the days days of being given a paper script. Just seems like like it could be could be done as each patient is seen. Unless we tell them it stays the way it is. No wonder the front desk is always grouchy. If it gets fixed I will change my review. Meantime we are over a barrel without a choice."
"Absolutely will not answer the phone for anything at all even after ample time with multiple calls. EDIT:03/14/24 Finally returning my call after 2-3 months of calling. The lady on the phone was nice and patient when having to repeat herself multiple times. Appt set a month away. Be sure to show up 15 minutes earlier than your actual scheduled appointment time, they also requested this."
"I waited for my appointment for several months with this facility I've only been in their facility twice... And I had a pop-up house inspection because I live in HUD housing I'm disabled.. The morning that I had to go in to see them they scheduled me for 9:00 and they did not tell me in advance that I was to show up early no one told me this! The woman that's at the front is it is extremely rude to patients, they have all of my medical records they know that I'm diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks I'm an extreme chronic pain daily because of everything I'm diagnosed with! When she called me to tell me that I was quote rude I explained to her I wasn't being rude I was only asking questions she then tried to tell me that I put my phone in people's faces on more than one occasion I've only been in that office twice and I never put my hand or my phone in anyone's face which is what she tried to claim! She told me in the office on the 5th of March of this year 2024 that I was not able to be seen at the end of the day even though I was 15 minutes late for my appointment most doctors allow a 10 to 15 minute allowance...had I been told that I was supposed to show up a half hour to an hour earlier than my appointment I would have showed up earlier as would anyone else that's waiting months on a back list to get into a specialist! I've been nothing but respectful... Considering all of this! How they treated me was horrible for literally no good or justified reason! It is not okay to treat patients this way. Doctors take an oath to do no harm! Doing this to patience is causing harm in the form of extreme anxiety on top of everything that they already face! No one should be allowed to treat someone this way and be rude and disrespectful from the very beginning which is how that assistant is!"
"Dr Lovell is great but the continued changing in staff keeps getting worse. They are not as caring or concerned about patient needs for their meds. I have called and left messages time and time again about meds and to have the dr call me and I never receive a call back from anyone. A person literally has to go to the office to get any results. Again , I have been without my meds for 2 weeks and I went for my appointment on Tuesday. .. called the office concerning my meds being called in Wednesday morning and they said it would be called in and I went to pick it up after work and they had no script for me. I had called knowing nobody would answer and again left messages in hope that I might get a call back knowing they wasn’t going to be open again till Monday and still nothing so now I will be 3 weeks without meds. Not a very responsible or professional way to treat clients."
