They get you back right away and start your rehabilitation process so you can finish and go back to your day. I would highly recommend the staff at this location if you need rehab from an injury."

"after my initial evaluation they had to approve my sessions with my insurance. i waited over 3 months without hearing from them until i finally called back and they told me it never got sent through for whatever reason… they sent it again, i waited another couple of weeks and finally got in for my first session. my therapist, denise, never gave me any sort of treatment plan and her attitude was that she’d rather be anywhere than where she was. she would have me lay on a heating pad for a few minutes and then gave me stretches to do on my own…she would be pacing around between me and two or three other clients giving us exercises to do but never even watch me do the stretches or exercises that she gave me. i am a certified yoga teacher and i will say that these stretches were not personalized for me and the pain from my scoliosis curve and i have seen these same very simple stretches on youtube. i have gotten more customization and feedback from a personal training session…and this is supposed to be a medical treatment. she told me that she would print me off a list of the stretches we were doing so that i could do them at home. after a few sessions i concluded that this “treatment” was a joke and not worth the gas money i was spending to drive there, stretch by myself, and have no clue what the long term treatment plan was going to be if there even was one. now i am seeing someone else who actually knows what they’re doing. there’s many better places out there than this one."
