"I was made to come in once a week over a 3 week period and then had an injection scheduled. That week I had a visit on Monday and injection on Tuesday because I was told they couldn’t fill my medication during the same visit as the injection. Each visit I was told I had to pay a different amount due to drug testing. I came in today for an appointment expecting my $40 copay and was hit with $130 which I didn’t have and told the dr refused to see me without payment in full. I only saw the dr once and he never even introduced himself, just came in did my injection and was done. I actually didn’t even see him. Just heard his voice. I’ve spent at least $500 on visits to this clinic for what amounts to 4 weeks of medication, none of my concerns met, and worsened pain due to the injection I was given. I’m not sure who to follow up with since the injection made my pain worse. Who knows if something went wrong during the procedure."
