"I’m on my 3rd nurse this year nobody takes my complaints seriously, I am given medication that is known to cause me severe side effects, having mercy GI take care of me is equal to having somebody that wants to see me suffer care for my health I wish I knew how to file a complaint better I’m barely 3 month out of a Cdiff infection that lasted over a year because Dr Abed wanted me to get better on my own"
"Today I had a follow up for my procedure I had last month with Dr.Abed Appointment at 8am . I get there on time there systems were messing up due to the rain … understandable. I check in and was waiting in the waiting room and got called back just to tell me that it took too long for them to check me in that the Nurse Snyder can not see me today! But as they said it’s not my fault ! And the only days they have available does not fit my schedule ! This appointment was booked over a month ago and as they check out person said “There’s no solution “ Totally unacceptable. Also they told me I needed a referral… they didn’t need one in April! They didn’t need one for my procedure ! And then stated they sent the referral to my PCP(now retired last month) on 6/5! Two months later!! A lot whole week before my follow up appointment AGAIN THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE(NOT TO TALK DOWN ON ANYONE OR MERCY)"
"My experience was horrible with Elvin and his nurse Erica. Elvin Portrayed to be concerned about my health. His treatment plan was based on what he wanted versus what I needed which caused me to have some health issue in the process. obviously he wasn’t concerned. His nurse Erica was/is very rude very unprofessional unfit for a nurse.7/8 mouths later and a different stomach specialist 6 weeks treatments plan.Hopefully I can start feeling like I did before I saw Elvin back in February 2022. I wouldn’t recommend Elvin Hardy."
"I was here specifically for a procedure during covid-19. Good mask compliance, excellent bedside manner/care from every medical professional on up to my doctors once I was brought back. Public areas of the building are quite nice. My only (minor) complaint would be that in contrast to smaller facilities that generate considerably less profit than this one, both initial intake and post-anesthesia recovery don't feel very private. It definitely feels more like a busy hospital (and maybe even an ER) with just curtains between patients rather than private or semi-private prep and recovery spaces. But overall, very efficient, friendly, and cleanly."
"I got taken back almost immediately after arriving, and they were very understanding of the fact that I left all of the intake paperwork at home. They let me fill it in while sitting in the room with the assistant. The assistant was very kind and thorough but the main reason I leaving the review is Dr. Baum. She was extremely thorough and listened to all of my complaints. She spent what felt like at least an hour just going through my symptoms and talking about possible causes. I have more going on than a lot of 25 year old, but I'm fairly used to being brushed off at Dr.'s visits because of my age. She explained everything in a way that was clear and understandable and I left with very detailed written instructions about what I need to do moving forward. My only minor complaint about the office would be that the parking situation isn't great, but it's at a hospital so I don't know what i was expecting."
