"This place lies about prices hangs up on you. They also double bill.You get no help for actual problem with help they order 30 unrelated tests then tell you to lose weight and excercise. There billing department may be the worst"

"I'm uninsured asked how much a test was out of pocket no insurance max was told 65$ doc said but I bet I can get it covered free. She comes back says yes no cost to you. I get a 565.00 bill in the mail I take it back up there they say sorry it was supposed to be free I will email billing and get it fixed I then get a 1065$ bill in mail they say sorry we miscalculated your income it's the 565$ I never agreed to that cost was told free by 3x employees now being told oops we can't fix it"

"Unwilling or just flat out unable to discuss anything with you regarding your own health and status of tests/appointments. Also will just cancel tests that have been out sourced with no notice whatsoever."

"I called for an appointment. I waited 45 minutes to be checked in. Then I waited 15 minutes to be seen. While other ppl were walking in ahead of me. I asked for my daughter to get prescription or medicine of any kind. I was told they did send a proscribe something to our local Walmart and when I got there. They told me there was nothing for her. In her name. Bad service. Rude ppl. I’m changing doctors offices even tho I been going there since my daughter was born 8 years ."

"I was seen on a Thursday and called the following Tuesday to let me know they found my urine sample and it was never sent off. I was also referred for another ultrasound to make sure my baby was growing ok but they forgot to process my referral. This office also sent my daughters PHI to the wrong daycare. Do not file a complaint online or they will never get back to you. The doctors are great, the other staff is the absolute worst."
