"I went for a drug test and physical and my nurse was Mrs Amber S. And let me just say she is phenomenal. She was very easy going , relatable , she even gave me some info on personal experiences. Even though she was filling in she gave over the top care and respect. She is truly amazing"

"I arrived at 830 in the morning one of the first three customers in the lobby ! Front desk definitely wasn't very welcoming besides asking for my ID ! No eye contact , just have a seat ! After sitting for literally an hour everyone got offered a complimentary snack thanks for that but by this time we're all wondering why we are still siting here. Lastly the employee that helped made me leave with a smile , I definitely appreciate her if I had her name I'd definitely share. But please if you have 4hr to wait with no pay , feel free to join the wait first thing in the morning my friend."

"Well to be blunt I fell down a flight of stairs and no pan relief was offered except heating patches , very little attention to what I said hurt , I had to request X-rays? Seriously? And now they want me to drive 15 miles one way to physical therapy. They did not consider to ask if that is convenient especially when there is a location 6 miles from me."
