"First, let me say that you cannot beat the veterinarians at Bristow veterinarian hospital. They are absolutely the best. But on the other hand, their bookkeeping Staff leaves a lot to be desired. Just got through driving 92 miles round-trip to take them a hard copy of a debit card transaction. That any bookkeeper worth their pay, should’ve been able to find looking at their own books."

"Very great service, great doc and reasonable cost. Has tge ability to flourascope (I hope I spelled that correctly). I just wish you didn't have to make appointments, I say that's the biggest negative."

"Worst service I've ever seen. Found a sick puppy, took him in, called vet to have him completely checked out as he's malnourished, too young, infested with ticks, fleas and wormy with bloody stool... receptionist puts us on appointment for next day as they're booked. Okay...then calls the day of, 1.5hrs before the appointment, to see if we can reschedule... how the hell do you reschedule a sick puppy? I said "if the dog had/has parvo it will die before next Friday" all the sudden she MUST do a parvo test before the dog enters the building for $42... WTH!?! Two seconds before she needed to reschedule cause they were behind from doing botox on a show horse or something equally "pressing." Docs you need to get control of your intake situation and scheduling or just get out of the actual small pet business. Included some pics so you can see how we found him. The one with our daughter shows what he looks like after we cleaned him up a bit and attempted to make the vet appointment."
