"I switched to this location on 41st from 71st when there was a storm and this location was the only one open. It's closer to my house but I always went to 71st. The reason I switched was not because of them being opened that day. It was because of Dr. Kondos. She always remembers my dogs and things about them. She's the best vet at Banfield and all of the staff is very friendly. I will continue to take all 3 dogs only to see Dr. Kondos on 41st."

"We have been taking our dogs here for 8 years and we are extremely pleased with their service. The vets and staff are very caring and kind. When we had to put one of our very old dogs down they were so patient, kind, and caring through something very tough. Booking an appointment is easy and they have been quick to get paperwork signed for our therapy dog when we need their verification. Their wellness program makes care for our three dogs affordable. Definitely recommend!"
