"*Problem scheduling resolved. They have been great communicating appointments that become available so we can decrease the number of trips also. My son has physical, occupational, and speech therapy at this location. The therapists are wonderful. I just want to know what it takes to get an appointment scheduled? They insist their “scheduler” make the appointments but after a few weeks, still no schedule. I volunteered to make appointments myself with each therapy doesn’t even have to be the same day as other therapies…what do I have to do to get help with this?"

"Incredible group of physical therapists and staff at this location, especially Celeste. She is amazing. Very sweet, so encouraging, and quite brilliant at what she does. These therapists have a lot of tricks up their sleeves to help you work on your problem area(s). 10/10 highly recommend ♡ *EDIT*** We have also been coming here for speech therapy for my little boy, and have been equally impressed by the speech therapist. Terri is amazing with my son, and Kaden the graduate clinician is wonderful as well."

"I have nothing but good things to say about the physical therapists I worked with here. However, the front-of-house issues have completely plagued my experience with quail-brook therapy services. This will also be the first negative review I've left with Google. I typically only review when a business has gone above and beyond to take care of me and to celebrate that. Unfortunately, this is the first instance of a business doing so poorly that I felt compelled to report it to the public. I found myself at 10/12 appointments and needing to schedule the last two appointments. My wife and I combined have called them about 20 times. I believe we've left a total of 8 messages at this time. We've experimented with different times in the day even figuring out well my appointment is 8:15 normally, so the check-in before that should be done at 7:30, so calling between 7:40 and 8:00 should be a time when the front desk isn't checking people in. We've received zero calls back from those messages that clearly state the name, number, and purpose for calling. My wife had previously used this institution and she had a uniquely bad experience where one of her treatments was miscoded quail brook (She was coded for attended TENS therapy, though what she always received was unattended TENS therapy). Our insurance will not cover the attended TENS therapy, which didn't actually happen and are asking us for roughly 150 dollars to cover it. However, the mistakes only get larger as for one of the sessions they simply failed to file the report with our insurance and for that session insurance is asking us for 2600 dollars. We've asked Quailbrook for help, we've spent hours on the phone with Mercy billing, and being passed between teams that all say it's not their problem to fix. Ultimately, Quailbrook would need to fix the coding and submit the report but they have been uncooperative in helping us resolve this. I am a person with a lot of patience and understanding for other people, I understand that things get busy and that the medical industry is extremely complicated in the way that billing works. However, with the knowledge that billing for this is extremely complicated, it's critically important to trust your healthcare providers and their administrative teams to have your back if something goes wrong. Mercy Therapy Services of Quailbrook has consistently demonstrated that they do not care about the financial well-being of their patients, and cannot even be bothered to return a phone call for a current patient trying to schedule an appointment while providing no means of online scheduling. If you have alternatives, I would urge everyone to consider them before you end up in our situation."

"Fist email appointment without checking with me,Then when I get there early,find out they resch rescheduled me a hour later,without notifilying me on the change.They told me to be here @ 2:00 pm appt changed to 3:30. When appt. Was sent email,forgot to tell me location.Starting off on a bad note from beginning."

"Mercy therapy staff have been excellent so far.. they are obviously very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I've been 2xs and during the session I was skeptical anything was really be done to help my situation. Both therapists were so gentle and light handed. After leaving and getting home I have noticed relief. I was also provided with pictured stretching exercises I could do to help me continue to improve."
