"UPDATE: I did speak with my Dr nurse and explained what happened. She apologized and said she would let their supervisor know. She also reassured me that I shouldn't have been treated that way. I appreciate a facility that recognizes mistakes and makes a point to fix them! I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and my experiences had typically been wonderful! I do love Dr. Stutes and his medical team. The only issue I've encountered is lack of quality customer service from the support staff (ie. call answering personal/extract lab). I'm truly not one to complain, however, as a patient, I want to feel like I'm being taken care of and understood. I was told by the shot clinic that they would expedite a request for new allergy shot vials to be made and ready by the following week. I called the following week and asked the lady who first answered my call if I could speak to the shot clinic. She said, "about?" in an incredibly rude tone. I told her my situation and she forwarded me to the extract lab. I spoke to Nancy and kindly told her about my situation. She told me my vials were waiting to be filled (mind you, I was told a week prior my shot vials would be expedited and ready the following week). I kindly responded confused as I was told one thing yet my shots weren't filled yet. She said (in an annoyed tone), "yeah, we're really busy right now and they're going to take about 7-10 business days". I said, "Oh! I had no idea. I'm sorry! I was just told they'd be ready fast so that I wouldn't miss 2 weeks". She said, "like I said, we're busy and it will take 7-10 business days". Look, I understand the clinic may be short staffed, however, I will not accept disrespect. As a patient, I expect to be treated with kindness and compassion. I'm sorry to have been a bother for you, Nancy! I truly hope this is shared with her and the rest of the support staff so they can do better. Incredibly disappointed as this clinic has truly helped me up until this point."

Besides for seeming very caring, very thorough and relievingly competent, she is also a great listener who doesn’t dismiss her patients. I would recommend her to those I love most and I would feel relieved if they were under her care. I’m thankful I am."

"My Dr. here is knowledgeable and has been instrumental in helping me get lung function back. Every single nurse who's there giving injections is friendly and really cares about the patients. The front desk staff will help you with anything that you need. Really appreciate all of the people here and the work that they do."
