"The front desk staff used to be wonderful. Dr Gilbert is an intelligent doctor. However in the last couple months the staff has changed, they call the wrong patients and bill them for missed visits when it was their fault for calling the wrong patient. Their pharmacy doesn’t fill prescriptions if it’s not name brand and won’t order the other generic brand to fill it within a week. If you need mental health help be ready to pay extra for medication and go to a different pharmacy than the one attached to the office. I wish I didn’t have mental health needs so I could be done with this."
