"I had an appointment with a therapist here and the first problem is that this lady got on our first zoom call from the oil change place. So I had to inform her of my su1c1de attempt while people walked all around her and she got her oil changed. I spent a week in the hospital because of the attempt, yet the takeaway from the call was to exercise and do affirmations. That’s what she came up with. She bashed other therapists acting like she’s much smarter than them but proceeded to give me advice that I could get off YouTube. So I called and asked for another therapist, someone more trauma informed and I have not heard from anyone at this company for probably about a month now. So don’t come to this place if you have had any real trauma. They obviously can’t help. ***ADDITIONALLY the someone from the agency called after this review was posted to guilt and gaslight me into removing my review stating people would not get the help they NEED because of my review. NO ONE NEEDS this type of HELP. I was not helped at all but actually left in a worse space mentally and even less trusting of “mental health professionals”. They were more concerned with their image being tarnished than how their bullying might affect my already fragile mental health state. But this review stays."
