"I called to set up an appointment as a new patient. They took all my information to set me up in their system, then asked to put me on hold. That turned into 30 minutes, then I got disconnected. When I called back around 3:30 there was no answer so I left a voicemail. They called me the back the next day, and when I was ready to resume setting up the appointment, they told me they had none of my information in their system. Total incompetence on their part and wasted over half an hour of my time during an otherwise busy day."
