"The place itself and the physical therapist were great however the billing is really predatory. They offer cash price or insurance, and I was going with cash price but the front office told me if insurance approves I should use that since it’ll be less payment. Well cash price for 3 visits was going to be 280$ for me and with insurance they told me my co-pay is 200$, so I paid the 200$ and now they’ve sent me a bill for another 280$ claiming insurance didn’t actually approve it and they refuse to rework the bill to give me cash price. An absolute money grab. So disappointed."

"I have been in and out of physical therapy for 18 years. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. My main PT is Justin but I also had the opportunity of working with Kevin and Rachel. They are all excellent. They are very knowledgeable and don’t use a “one size fits all” philosophy. They modify the exercises based on my capabilities and my limitations. I was shocked at how quickly I was seeing progress. Also their hours are very convenient for working patients!"
