"would give zero stars if i could. this place is terrible & has no communication skills. had an appointment on the 1st of this month and was told i was being referred to OU for a high risk ob appointment (type 1 diabetic) & would get a call within a week or 2 , & to call if i haven’t heard from them. called them & asked for the number to OU , they say they have a high risk ob in the clinic & set me up an appointment on the 20th (today) & wouldn’t give me the number. i come to the appointment & they tell me the appointment was supposed to be cancelled & that they have no high risk ob’s. after getting texts all week for the appointment, never ended up getting seen. finally got the number for OU by them , called , & they said my referral wasn’t put in till the 15th (5 days ago) & i have to wait till someone calls. this is ridiculous, was looking forward to seeing how my baby’s doing & get told that instead. would never recommend this place to anyone"
"I have 3 daughters. The older one went here 2 weeks ago amd was tested for the flu. Even though she had RSV symptoms. 1 week later my 1 year old has the same symptoms, took her here. Negative for RSV. Took her to the emergency room 2 days late she did have RSV. Now my 3 month old is having the same symptoms. If they would have correctly diagnosed my 10/1 year old the 3 month old would probably not have it. Now From Variety cares Poor Medical Service my 3 month could end up in the Hospital. This place is always rescheduling your appointments without your knowing. Made me miss appointments. The Call center is Complete trash. They just hang up on you. They don't leave the notes for the office for call backs. This whole place is unbelievably unprofessional and does not provide accurate medical needs. Please take your kids somewhere else."
"Recently I took my baby here she lost one pound not good I understand so they made me take her to get blood work done to see if we could figure out why. I understand the concern I was concerned too. They called me in the morning and told me she was dehydrated that I had to take her to the ER in Norman. I called them back after realizing I would not have enough gas to get her there and back and then me to work on Friday. I told them that instead I would take her to Purcell's hospital. An hour later after this phone call DHS was at my door acting like I didn't have plans to take her to the ER. We went through that whole process just to figure out that she infact was not dehydrated. She was only underweight. Switching pediatricians. Now I have an active DHS case and the possibility of losing my child."
"Ok, I am a 39 year old woman and I have been going to Dr. Lepley for about a year now. My first visit was for a Pap smear. I informed her during that visit that I had shingles and it was giving me major health anxiety. The 2nd visit was a good 3 months later when I came down with shingles again. I explained to her I had a plethora of odd symptoms such as muscle spasms and pain, easy bruising, fatigue, neck pain etc. I was prescribed more acyclovir and told I should probably test for an autoimmunity disorder. Fast forward to end of June, I went into ER because of major swelling in my lymph nodes in my neck and armpit. The ER doctors told me to get to my doctor ASAP. So I called and after explaining that this was a follow up visit from an ER visit, I scheduled an appointment for about a week later which was as soon as they could get me in. Fine. My husband took off of work early so that I could go because I babysit until 5:30 pm during the week. I waited in the room for over an hour. Finally I went out of the room to see what was going on(since not one staff member came to check on me) and one of the med assistants informed me she was running way behind. Well I had to get back to these kids and couldn’t wait any longer. So I informed them I would reschedule. They didn’t offer to schedule anything for me nor did they seem to care. On August 1st I went back to urgent care because I had a bacterial sinus infection and the shingles were trying to kill me again. Urgent care doctor put me on Steroids and Zpack and as per usual instructed me to visit my primary doctor ASAP. Well, I called the following day which was Friday August 2nd (my birthday mind you) and explained to the lady scheduling the appointment that this is a (2nd attempt) follow up from another ER appointment and that I really needed to be seen ASAP to find out why my body is trying to attack itself all the time. So I haul all the kids this morning with me to the appointment and arrive 15 minutes early per their request. As soon as I give her my name the girl at the front informs me that she is way behind and it would be a long wait. I asked her how long and she had no estimate for me. She said there were three others in front of me back there waiting on her. She suggested that I could maybe talk briefly to Dr. Lepley in between her patients. Thats when I was thoroughly agitated at that point. I said excuse me but I HAVE an appointment! Why would I have to talk to her in between anyone?!? Am I not important?! I was NOT a walk in or a new patient. I explained (again) that this was a 2nd attempt to see her after not one but now two ER visits. The girl at the front asked me what I wanted to do! I’m like I want to see the doctor!? I’m here for an appointment?! What do you mean what do I want to do?!? I asked her if I should just find a new primary care doctor and the girl said “if you want to)! Like no I don’t I want to see the doctor today not in a month!! So I decided to wait it out, but after seeing at least 5 patients leave and then them calling 3 more in front of me that were there after me I decided to leave. I felt like I had a plethora of things that are possibly wrong with me that I really wanted to discuss with her and be taken seriously. So if she only had time to briefly speak with me between her other patients that wasn’t going to happen. So now I am on the search for a new primary that can get me in before October. Total nightmare. UPDATE:!!! I finally found a doctor that cared. She ordered a bunch of labs and I just received my results. 1. I have Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever 2. I have Epstein-Barr virus 3. I tested abnormal for ANA’s so after more test to follow to see if I have an autoimmune disorder. Do NOT blow patients off!!!!"
"Very u professional and rude! The staff are very pitiful. The the gave my baby a vaccine and didn’t even tell me the side affects and my baby was in the hospital for weeks. The grace period of 10 minutes is a joke and the lady at the front desk is EXTREMELY Rude. I would recommend this place on my worst enemy !! DO NOT BRING UR CHILD HERE!!!! Beware!!!!"
