"I recently went to this location to buy a few things... I was surprised with how unprofessional the staff acted toward me... I walked in no one spoke to me. And no one even asked if I needed any help. They greeted other people and asked if they needed help as I was there shopping. I was there a total of about 10-15 minutes. There were two woman there complaining very loudly about people coming in and stealing merchandise. They treated me like I was there trying to steel something... And to to top it off there was a black guy there who looked like a security guard who followed me in the store. And when I left the store after purchasing my items the black security guard guy followed me out. It was obvious that he was profiling me..... If this how a black person is treated in a store run by black people then I'd rather go somewhere else... DO BETTER..."

"I can't say much bad about the store as I do not use it for the pharmacy but it's extremely clean and open and the staff seem to be very cordial. The one bad thing I can say is that they do not offer much of anything. It always seems like the shelves aren't fully stocked."

"I recently moved to this area and was excited by how close CVS was to my home. I could get my prescriptions timely. I have mainly used Walmart Pharmacy in the past. My mom's CVS Pharmacy on Douglas and Reno is great! No such luck for me. They never ever answer the phone and never seem to see anything called in. You wait in line inside and out for a long time. Very unprofessional and they always have the same excuse that they are short staffed. Man it's been well over a month now?? I am ready to find another place."
